Thank you for your interest in Freedom Summer Day Camp!
Our summer camp offers children the opportunity to engage in recreational sports and activities in a fun and safe environment. Freedom Summer Day Camp is located at the impressive Indoor Sports Pavilion in Randolph. The facility features 70,000 square feet of turf field for indoor activities, as well as lunch rooms, a game room and an arts & crafts area.
The Freedom Summer Day Camp offers flexible scheduling options for busy parents. Camp takes place from 9am-4pm with before and after care from 7am and to 6pm. Camp is available for ages 4 through to 14.
Campers from the age of 8 up have the option to attend day trips off site. These trips can include anything from theme parks to aquariums to science museums or golfing. Registration will be announced as they become available.

Before Summer, we are opening the doors for anyone interested in Freedom Day Camp! When schools are closed, camp is OPEN! Join us during the NJ Teacher’s Convention, do some kid-free holiday shopping on Black Friday, and get excited for the summer on Memorial Day. These “Open House” camp dates are completely FREE! Whether your kids have attended camp in the past and want to return for some more fun or you are new to FDC and want to trial camp before committing to a summer of fun…We hope to see you then!

We offer numerous full day and half day camp packages. We also offer before and after care for an additional $5 per 30 minutes.
Sibling Discount – get $ off each additional sibling for multi-child families.
Register before April 7th and to receive the early bird rates.
*All family members included. must reside at the same address for discounts and care. No discounts for field trips.
Trips will be announced as they become available. Campers must be registered for camp on the day of the field trip they are signing up for.

Our summer camp provides daily fun for campers age 4-14.
Yes, groups are co-ed and formed based on age.
Each group will have a daily schedule to follow where they spend around 1 hour on each activity. Counselors allow input from campers so schedule may change.
Full Day 9am-4pm | AM Half Day 9am-1pm| PM Half Day 12pm-4pm | Before Care 7am-9am | After Care 4pm-6pm
Yes 5, but you can pick any 5 days over the whole summer.

Our summer camp counselors consist of young adults, college students, and high school students who all have a passion for working with children. All of our staff take part in specific camp training. All staff over the age of 18 are required to have criminal background checks.

No, we do not offer field trips at this time.
You register for camp using our LeagueApps registration system. 2024 registration will open before end of year.
We take a $100 non-refundable deposit.
For any cancellations prior to June 1st – registration fees will be refunded minus the deposit paid.
Any unused days at the end of the summer can be credited for future FDC events upon request.
If your child is dismissed from camp due to misbehavior there will be no refund processed.
